Chris Sonksen is the founder and lead pastor of South Hills Church AG which has experienced phenomenal growth and, in just a few short years, has grown from a handful of people to a multi-site church in southern California and across the country. He is the founder of ChurchBOOM, a coaching network that provides resources and leadership development for pastors all across the nation.

Dave Ferguson is an award-winning author, founding and lead pastor of Chicago’s Community Christian Church, a missional multi-site community considered one of the most influential churches in America. Dave is also the visionary for the international church-planting movement NewThing and president of the Exponential Conference.

Mel McGowan is Co-Founder and Chief Creative Principal of PlainJoe Studios. After a decade at Disney, Mel and PlainJoe have been responsible for the creation of some of the most dynamic ministry and themed entertainment environments in the world, including environments for George Lucas, Max Lucado, Rick Warren, Gene Appel, Ray Johnston, Steven Furtick, and Dave Ferguson. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the CAVAD (College of Architecture, Visual Arts & Design) program at CBU and is the author of Design Intervention. Mel speaks regularly on the intersection of creativity, community and the Church.

Rich Guerra currently serves as the Superintendent of the Assemblies of God SoCal Network. In addition, he was the Senior Pastor of Visalia First Assembly of God for twelve years where under his leadership the church saw tremendous growth. He also served as an Executive Presbyter, Youth Ministries Director, and Assistant Superintendent for the Southern California District.
