Chris Sonksen is the founder and lead pastor of South Hills Church AG which has experienced phenomenal growth and, in just a few short years, has grown from a handful of people to a multi-site church in southern California and across the country. He is the founder of ChurchBOOM, a coaching network that provides resources and leadership development for pastors all across the nation.

Brad Lomenick is passionate about raising up great leaders around the globe. For more than 10 years, he served as lead visionary and president of Catalyst, one of America’s largest and most influential conference movements of young leaders. He currently serves in a Strategic Advisor role for a number of organizations and key leaders, while also spending more time speaking, writing, traveling and playing a broader role within the larger global leadership conversation. Brad is also the author of the groundbreaking book, The Catalyst Leader: Eight Essentials for Becoming a Change Maker, as well as his most recent leadership book entitled H3 Leadership: Be Humble, Stay Hungry, Always Hustle, both from Thomas Nelson.

Matt Keller is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Next Level Church in Fort Myers, Florida. God has used him to lead the church from 35 people at their grand opening in 2002 to now over 3,200 in three locations each weekend. He is passionate about investing in other non-profits and businesses as well. He has helped hundreds of leaders around the country take their organizations to the next level.  He travels and speaks often and is passionate about coaching leaders nationwide. Matt has always had passion to help church planters, and has served on the ARC Board of Directors for the past several years.  He is the author of The Up the Middle Church, God of the Underdogs, and his most recent book The Key to Everything.
